Colleen Cutler is Vice President and partner at Signature Home Loans, LLC. She is a native of Phoenix, graduated from Xavier College Preparatory and Arizona State University. Colleen joined the family mortgage business, O’Dowd & Associates Mortgage Company in 2001. She has worked in all facets of the lending process from processing, quality control, funding and lastly originating. She believes that her experience working in all these areas has helped her become a better loan officer.
